I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Shipping time
General products: 3-5 working days days processing
Hydrogen Series 7-10 business days
Delivery time for custom orders: subject to consultation with us
We will process your order and pack it for delivery to our carriers within the shipping time.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Domestic orders will be shipped via Fedex/UPS/DHL and International Orders will be shipped with a different carrier depending on the fulfillment center your order ships from.

Average transit times for United States & Canada:
Standard Shipping 15 – 17 Business days

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take longer to arrive.

Average transit times to International:
Standard Shipping 17 – 20 Business days

Due to the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19, your order may experience unexpected shipping delays worldwide. Thank you for your sincere understanding during these unprecedented times. Please note that if you ordered multiple different products, they may arrive in separate packages and some may arrive on different dates. When a product we sell becomes out of stock in one of our North American distribution centers. We may send your order from our Europe or Asia distribution center to fulfill your order in a timely manner. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics, etc) that may cause shipping postponements or delay. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances out of our control that our carriers do experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery time.

HOW TO GET TRACKING INFO?
We provide tracking numbers for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

Please note: If a product has been shipped and the customer refuses to accept the product for personal reasons, or if it is returned directly for reasons not negotiated with us, then the costs incurred in returning the product will be paid by the customer.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, if there was a mistake or you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of completing your payment.

Please email us at huakai04@huakaicn.com letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line “Please cancel my order” as well as provide us with your order number.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email providing us the corrected information. We just request that you notify us immediately (within 12 hours of ordering) via email at huakai04@huakaicn.com.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
While we ship every order with extra padding to mitigate such issues. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 orders arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you.

But not to worry. If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your full name
– Your order number
– A picture or video of the damaged packaging as well as the product inside

This is required for us to file a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Once we receive your email with the required information requested, we’ll be happy to send out a replacement as quickly as possible!
